Engine & Performance
Two distinct petrol engines power the Wagon R: a 1.0-liter, three-cylinder petrol engine that generates 66 bhp and 89 Nm, and a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, DualJet, Dual VVT petrol engine with idle start/stop technology that generates 89 bhp and 113 Nm. However, the 1.0-liter engine in CNG mode produces 56 horsepower and 82 Nm. A manual or automatic transmission can be connected to any of the two petrol-only engines.
Exterior Design
The Wagon R facelift's overall appearance is substantially unchanged from its predecessor. The hatchback from Maruti Suzuki now has hill hold control, though. In addition, it has dual airbags, an electronic brakeforce distribution system, rear parking sensors, and anti-lock brakes. Additionally, the top-of-the-line ZXi and ZXi+ are available in two dual-tone colour schemes: Magma Grey with black and Gallant Red with black.
Interior & Features
The new Wagon R's cabin features the same dual-tone interior design as the outgoing model. Other features include an analogue instrument cluster, a multifunction steering wheel, a seven-inch touchscreen with SmartPlay Studio, and air conditioning. Its safety package includes rear parking sensors, two front airbags, ABS with EBD, and hill-hold assist (only for AMT models).
