Latest Update: Skoda Elroq EV is expected to be launched in India in June 2025. Its global variants come in three battery pack options, delivering up to 581 km of maximum range on a single charge.
Skoda Elroq EV was showcased at Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 and is expected to launch soon in the coming months in India. The Elroq EV has an electric powertrain option and a similar exterior design to the Skoda Kodiaq. However, a few cosmetic tweaks could be made for a sportier and distinctive appearance. It could also have LED matrix beam headlamps as standard, Skoda lettering, roof rails, and 21-inch alloy wheels with aero trims.
While the limited details are publicly available, the new Skoda Elroq EV is expected to feature dual-digital displays on the dashboard and powered front seats for added comfort. There will also be a 360-degree camera, connected car technology, and a Level 2 ADAS feature. In terms of styling, inside and out, the upcoming Skoda electric car will likely offer a mix of Kodiaq and Enyaq with a minimalistic dashboard design and folding rear seats to expand storage.
The powertrain details of the upcoming Elroq EV are not confirmed, but the global models are available in three electric motor options: 52 kWh, 59 kWh, and 77 kWh. While the 52 kWh battery pack produces 168 horsepower and 310 Nm of torque with 370 km of maximum range, the 59 kWh and 77 kWh variants offer 201 hp and 310 Nm and 282 hp and 545 Nm, respectively, and a range of 418 km and 579 km, respectively.

Currently, the Skoda Elroq EV price in India is unknown, but it is expected to be priced between Rs 25 lakh to Rs 35 lakh. If launched in India, Skoda Elroq will rival BYD Atto 3 and Hyundai Ioniq 5.
