The petrol variant sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds, while the diesel option does the same in 8.3 seconds. The Velar features multiple drive modes, an electronic air suspension and Terrain Response 2. The claimed mileage of the Velar is 13.1 km/l for the petrol variant and 15.8 km/l for the diesel variant.
